The MV Ambai, our new 32 meters boat started operations in July 2012.

She receives up to 16 divers in absolute comfort. Traditionally built from Iron wood and other tropical hard wood, her design is however especially conceived as a dive cruise boat.

Her 8 cabins have individually controlled air conditioned, private bathroom with hot water. An inside lounge and restaurant, large shadow deck areas and a Sun deck complete the common parts. The photographers will enjoy a dedicated room for the maintenance and preparation of their cameras, as well as a large screen in the lounge to share pictures and videos.

Our dive cruises offer various itineraries from 9 to 11 days in Sulawesi. You will be able to dive 3 to dive 3 to 4 times a day among the best dive sites in the world, enhanced by dreamy anchorages, terrestrial excursions on the islands, peaceful evenings at sea and nights of thousand stars.





DESTINATIONS

NORTH SULAWESI / SANGIHE - 9 NIGHTS

During the North Sulawesi cruise, you will discover a great variety of dive sites and a fauna ranging from the tiny pygmy sea horse to the shark. However, the highlits are definitively more on small animals and macro than pelagic.

The program includes the Bunaken Marine Park and it's legendary wall dives where abound fishes and turtles; the pinnacles and rocks of Bangka islands covered with colorful soft corals and fish life; the famous muck dives of Lembeh Strait where you can see the most incredible and beautiful underwater creatures of the world, such as hairy Frogfish, Mimic Octopus, Rhinopias and much more.

The Sangihe islands extension, on the islands that extends north of the peninsule in direction of the Philippines, offers a mix of muck dives and sites more favorable for pelagic encounter, as well as the famous underwater volcano of Mahangetan.

This cruise gives opportunities for many night dives that are also a must in North Sulawesi. You will be amazed by the abundance and diversity of night creatures.

The program also includes a visit to the Tankoko National Park, a rainforest reserve famous for encounters with Tarsiers, black macaques and hornbills.


Day 0
Arrival in Manado. Reception by Wallacea staff at the airport and transfer to the boat in Bitung. Welcome drink, lunch, briefing, dive equipment setting up. A minutes of navigation will brin us to a quiet anchorage in the Lembeh strait where we'll spend the night.

Day 1

After a light breakfast and the first dive briefing, we are ready for the check dive. For this first dive we bring you to to Nudi retreat, one one the most famous dive of Lembeh and a good introduction to the North Sulawesi marine life: On the black black sand and reefs covers with soft corals, your guides will find for you a nice nudibranches, pygmea sea horses, Pegasus, Banggai cardinal fishes in their anemones, leaf scorpion fishes, mantis shimps and many other species.

Back to the boat it is time for a good breakfast.
The second dive is named Angel Window because of an opening in the reef. Around a submerged rock, a wall and a reef with a sandy slope. Beautiful gorgonians and colorfull Feather stars with their shrimp, clingfish or squat lobster host. You can also generally find Ghost pipe fishes, scorpion fishes, shrimps and nudibranches Nembrotha and Flabellidae on the last part of the dive.

After this dive a 3 hours navigation will bring us to the beautiful bay of Sahaunge, fringed with mangroves, in Bangka Island.Third dive in Bangka, Tanjung Husi : Crocodile fishes, devil fish, cuttlefish, nice soft corals.

Day 2
3 dives on the East side of Bangka Island.

Batu Gosoh : Complex of rocks, walls and rocks. Beautiful soft topography and soft and black corals coverage. 30 mts. Pygmea sea horses, Snappers, groupers, thunas and sometne reef sharks. Flat worms, nudibranches.

Tanjung Toto : Wall and rocks, 22 meters, very beautiful dive. Nudibranches, orangutan crabs.

Batu tiga : Rocks and sand, leaf fishes, lot of macro.

Night dive.

Day 3

On this second day we will dive around Bangka island on Sahaunge pinnacles. 2 dive spots close to the bay with Rocks, soft corals, tubastrea corals, gorgious reef with dense fish life. Eels and ruban eels, white tip sharks juveniles, jackfishes. Third dive on Batu Tiga, a must for macro life: frogfishes, ghost pipe fishes, and many other creatures.

We spend the night at Paradise, where we propose one of the best night dive of North Sulawesi, Paradise Jetty.




Day 4

Some more dives on the East coast of Bangka islands. You will discover "Batu gosoh", a set of rock formations droping down in the blue with walls covered with soft corals and fantastic rocks sceneries in the morning light. Nice variety of flat worms and nudibranches, ghost pipe fish, pigmea sea horse, etc. The second dive at Tanjung Toto is also very interesting. Our third dive will be on the North Coast of Sulawesi, Mokotamba, a nice macro dive with ghost pipe fish, orangoutan crabs, nudibranches Chromodoris Bullocki, finsihing along a beautiful wall very rich in flabellinae nudibranches. The night dive will be on this same spot, with some spanish dancers and a wide variety of crustaceans. After dinner, we will leave for Bunaken national Park.

Day 5

When we wake up, we are already close to Bunaken island. Our first dive will be on Sachiko, a wall dive drift with large fishes as Napoleons wrasse, Tunas, whiteor black tip sharks, baracudas and some clouds of red tooth trigger fish. The 2 other dives will be on the island of Bunaken, mostly wall diving with a great fish life, big turtles, anr wonderful corals reef top. NIght dive on the wall of Alumbanua, with all the polyps of the tubastrea corals out.




Day 6

Another day in the Bunaken National Park, with a choice of dives on the island of Bunaken and on the Sulawesi coast that we choose accoridng to the tide and the weather conditions. Among them, the Molas wreck ,the drif of Tanjung Pisau among the large Tubastrea corals, Ron's point, Manado Tua. After the night dive, we will head back to the North Coast of Sulawesi where we arrive at 2 AM. If some guests are interested, we organize a visit to the nice village of Alumbanua on Bunaken island.

Day 7

Some more dives on the North tip of the peninsula, with Batu Mandi, a an extremely rich dive, with Pigmea sea horses, Frogfish, ruban eels, Phylodesmium nudibranches, mantis shrimps, and a gorgious wall. Second dive, Pulisan, is sand and rocks, sea horses, flamboyant cuttlefish, frogfish and ghost pipefish. We then enter the Lembeh Strait and will bring you at 5:00 PM to a special Mandarin dive. Just before dust, the mandarin fishes get out for mating and this is an incredible show. The dive can afterwards continue in a night dive for the more fanatic divers.




Day 8

We are now in Lembeh Strait ready for serious muck diving. Black sand & creatures on the hot spots, Tike, Pantai Parigi, Jahir, Hairball. Follow the guides who will find for you the frog fish, Sea horses, Mimic octopus or wonderpuss, flamboyant cuttle fish, rare nudibranches. 3 muck dives in lembeh and a night dive.

Day 9

Our last day of diving. One more muck dive in lembeh, and we go to the North of the strait wher we dive a pinnacle, beautiful rock with soft corals and many creatures.After the lunch, we go to shore to Tankoko national park where we can see some other tupes of creatures: Sulawesi black macaques, tarsiers, red hornbills.

Day 0
Arrival in Manado. Transfer to the boat in Bitung in air conditioning vehicles, about 1:30. On the way you will see some typical landscapes of Minahasa lands. Reception on board, welcome drinks, lunch, briefing. Preparation of dive equipment, then we seam to a quiet island in lembeh strait for the dinner diner and a good night of sleep.

Day 1

We start the diving with 2 dives in Lembeh strait.

Nudi retreat : One of the few nice coral garden in Lembeh: Nudibranches, pygmy sea horse, Pegasus, Banggai cardinal fish and much more staff.

Angel Window : Reef dive non the northern part of the strait: Beauctiful and colorfull reef: nice soft corals ; Devil fish, scorpion fish, harlequin ghost pipe fish, sponges with squat lobsters, etc. Just after this dive we steam North to Bangka island that we reach in the afternoon.

1 dive in Bangka, Tanjung Husi : Nice soft corals, crocodile fish, cuttle fish, devil fish. Nice night dive on this same spot.

We spend the night in Sahaunge, a beautiful bay fringed with mangroves.




Day 2

The 4 dives takes place east of Bangka.

Batu Gosoh : Beautiful scenery with interesting topography, huge vertical rocks and walls, colorful soft corals, good fish life, sometime white tip sharks, turtles, flat worms, ghost pipe fish, pygmy sea horse. Despite macro, this is definitively a wide angle dive.

Tanjung Toto : Wall and rocks, very beautiful soft corals, orang outan crabs, nudibranches, flat worms; sometime current.

Batu tiga : Nice rock and soft corals sceneries but interesting macro too: Leaf fish, frogfish, an many other.

After this dive, weather permiting, we will steam overnight to reach the northern point of the cruise, Mahagetang island where is the underwater volcano.

Day 3

Para island, Face Big : tart the day with this action dive. A rock pinnacle with a great fish life: School of barracudas and trevallies, dog tooth tunas, Napoleon wrasse, surgeon fish. An action dive often swiped by currents

Mahagetang, 2 dives on the Underwater volcano which is a large reef; Exceptional hard coral formations, very good visibility, canyon, big school of jack fish. On the top of the reef, form 7 to 3 mts, the volcano gaz bubbles are getting out from in between the rocks.

We spend the night in the large bay of Karaketang island, where we can do a night dive under the village jetty.




Day 4
2 dives in Nenung, un set of small rocky islets in the middle of the ocean. Beautiful underwater scenery with pinacles and wall, cristal clear water, soft corals. Good fish life,barracudas, surgons, trevallies, occasionally white tips sharks; Currents.

Navigation to Siau (another active volcano with smoke from it’s summit at 1800 mts) . 2 dives “macro”, with between a bath in the « Jacuzzi », a hot water source from the volcano in a small creek.

Day 5

Siau : The barge : wreck of a LCT, 30 mts: Good coverage with black and soft corals, Napoleon wrasse, etc.

Mahoro rocks : Pinnacle SE of Siau (barracudas, napoleon wrasses, current) and a 3rd dive on a beautifuk wall covered with soft corals. Nght dive looking for the « blue ring Octopus ».




Day 6
Departure early morning to get to Riau
Tanjung Roda : Dive on a lava flow. Fantastic corals formations.
Tanjung Pasir : Muck dive. Soap fish, devil fish, nudibranches, ghost pipe fish, frogfish.
The Rock: Dive with strong current and fish life for those who like, as an alternative of the muck dive.
Peer: Very interesting night dive under the village peer.
Departure during the night for Bunaken.

Day 7

Bunaken : Bunaken walls: walls , hard corals, great fish life, turtles, reef sharks, pygmes sea horse “Ponthoi”.




Day 8
Bunaken. Dives on Bunaken island and surrounding islands according tides and currents. (Siladen, Manado Tua, Sulawesi coast). Navigation to Bangka at night.

Day 9

Bangka, 1 dive
Batu Mandi : Rocks, Pigmy sea horse, frogfish, eels and ruban eels, crocodile fish, nudibranches.
Pantai Parigi, Lembeh : Flamboyant cuttlefish, Ambon scorpion fish, frogfish.
Mandarin : Dive at dawn to see the mandarin fish and their mating behaviour.




Day 10
2 muck dives in the Lembeh strait. Frogfish, mimic octopus, ghost pipe fish and many other inhabitants of the strait.

Day 11

During the afternoon, we propose the visit of the Tankoko national park: small trek in the forest where we can see tarsiers (smallest primate of the world), macaques and different birds.

Transfer to the airport at 10 AM.

The area known as Raja Ampat is an archipelago consisting in 4 main islands surrounded by over 1500 smaller islands and cays. This area is part of the West Papua province of Indonesia.

It is certainly the world's most biodiverse marine regionwith more recorded fish, coral and mollusks species than anywhere else on the planet. Some areas boost enormous schools of fishes ; there are spots with large groups of manta rays, other with schools of barracudas, trevallies, bump head parrot fish, large groupers, and of course always a great variety of critters. The reefs are varied as their inhabitants, with vertical walls, seamounts, pinnacles, slopes, caves, lagoons, some more covered with hard corals and other displaying colorful soft corals. Everywhere you will find a lot of gorgonians with their resident pygmy seahorses. Everywhere you will find a profusion of colors and life.



ITINERARY

Day 1
Guest reception at Sorong airport, transfer to the boat, Check in, welcome drink, briefing, departure in the evening. According to weather forecast, we will start the tour by the south or the North. In this schedule, we present the option starting with the South.

Over night Navigation through Sele Strait to reach the East of Misool. Arrival in the early morning.

Day 2
In East Misool you will discover 3 fantastic dives: No contest, Love potion, 3 Rocks. Rocks with vertical walls and fantastic coverage of soft corals, lot of fishes with schools of Platax, aggregations of snappers, bump head parrotfishes.

We spend the night in the hidden lagoon, a very special anchorage inside an almost closed bay surrounded by high rocks. From the boat, we can hear and see the cacatoes before the night falls. We will go with the dinghies to have a look to another lagoon located further into the rocks.

Day 3
After a short morning navigation, we reach Misool South East and start another great day of diving in the vicinity of Misool eco resort: Boo Rocks with 2 large openings windows in the rock that completely pierce the island from the surface to 5 meters deep, Fiabacet, Fantasea. Again an explosion of colours and fish density. In the evening, we organise a dinner on the beach of a small island.

Day 4
Misool east. Mode dives in Misool, Yellit kecil, a great wall with excellent fans and soft corals, tank rock, Nudi rock. Night navigation to Penemu and Fam islands.

Day 5

Penemu North, Barracuda, a long oval shaped reef with great aggregations of fishes (barracudas, fusiliers and banner fish), Galaxy, a large reef with excellent fish life, Melissa garden an extraordinary site for its hard corals stands. Night navigation to Aljuy bay.

Day 6
After an early morning dive at Mayhem, a very high voltage submerged reef, we enter in Aljui Bay, a 20 kilometres long indentation on the western side of Waigeo. We do 2 dives in the bay (wofoh and Intersection), then one of the best night dives of the Raja Empat under the peer of a pearl farm that is settled there.

Day 7
We still do 2 dives in the Aljuy bay, Aljui 1 and the Channel. Between these 2 dives we will have a short visit to the pearl farm if their work schedule allows it. Night navigation to Wayag islands.

Day 8

Wayag, the northern point of our cruise is a fantastic quartz islets labyrinth. We dive Quoy, Cathedrale rock and Wayag ridge. In the late afternoon, we climb a small mountain to admire the wonderful landscape of the area.

Day 9

After a first dive in Wayag (figure eight), we go to the Kawe island where we dive Black rock and eagle rock. Night dive. Night navigation to Dampier strait.

Day 10

A first morning dive at Citrus - at the entrance of the Dampier strait, a channel with sloping sides covered of soft corals and life- then dive with a reliable manta ray congregation at manta sandy. The third dive will be the famous Cape Kri, one of the largest concentrations of big fish on northern Raja Ampat; schools of trevally, barracudas, bannerfish, sweetlips. Night dive.

Day 11

Two other famous and fabulous dives in the Dampier strait, Chicken reef and sardine reef. The boat will then sail back to Sorong where it will arrive during the evening.

Day 12

Breakfast, Check out according to guest flight schedule. Transfer to the airport, check in assistance.

Komodo national park is one of the greatest dive destinations, and one of the most diverse and rich marine environments in the world.These Small islands fringed with sandy beaches are home to the famous Komodo dragon that you may see patrolling the beach or viewing you from a rock.

The coral reefs in the north of the park are rich with colorful combination of hard and soft corals. Be delighted with the schools of anthias, wrasses, majestic angelfish, and also large predators –reef sharks, tunas, and giant trevallies-

Komodo offers a wide range of diving experience: high voltage current dives, gentle drift dives, walls dives along colorful drop offs, monumental boulders, seamounts, pinnacles and sandy slopes. You can also see Manta rays, turtles, and sometime even whale sharks.



Day 1
Boarding in Benoa (from 10 AM to 4 PM), Denpasar harbour. Welcome drink, briefing, dive equipment set up. Departure in the evening. Night navigation to Sumbawa island.

Day 2
Check dive + 2 dives at Sonda, North Sumbawa, departure n the evening for komodo and overnight navigation.

Banta island, 3 dives + night dive. Night at Banta island.

Day 4
Early morning departure top reach West side of Komodo island. # dives + night dive. Night navigation to South Rinca.

South Rinca, Horseshoe bay. 3 dives: cannibal rock, orchad dive, pyramide and night dive in the bay.

MAUMERE - AMBON

This cruise, starting in Nusa tengara and ending in Ambon, the main city of Molluca islands, will bring you across the Banda sea, traveling for about 1000 nautical miles. We visit many different islands and a great variety of dive sites.

In Maumere, Flores, we will dive for critters into the bay. In Alor strait, you will discover fantastic reef dives with abundant fishes, stoning visibility, and also a lot of interesting critters.

We then explore many islands of the Banda Sea along the way, like Wetar, Rampong, Terbang islands, Seroa and Manuk, an Island inhabited by birds and by sea snakes underwater. There are no long passage distances, so we can perform the three dives every day.

Afterwards we reach the famous Banda islands , steeped in history and blessed with some of the finest diving in the country, with an immense variety and volumes of both large and small species. The cruise ends in Ambon, with some muck diving challenging the Lembeh Strait.

 


BITUNG - SORONG

The Bitung - Sorong cruise cross West to East about half of Indonesia. Starting from Bitung (Manado international airport), we directly cross over to the west coast Halmahera with a diving stop on some small islands in the middle of Molluca sea. A few days of diving west and South of Halmahera, with a mix of sites for macro and some other more fishy, and we cross again to Misool which is the South part of the Raja Ampat where we have seven days of diving, with the last two days diving Dampier strait in Raja Ampat.

With your confirmed booking, you automatically agree with these conditions. Wallacea Dive Cruise is the commercial name for the Indonesian Company PT WALLACEA JALESVEVA LESTARI.


Inclusions:

  • Accommodation in a double-bed or twin-bed cabin.
  • Full board including all soft drinks on board (excluding beer, spirits, wine)
  • Three daily dives plus some night-dives according to the itinerary. All the dives are subject to weather conditions and transit time. There is no diving on day of arrival and departure, and 2 dives the day before departure. On relocation cruises, long passage time can reduce the number of dives available.
  • Multilingual guides on board (Europeans and Indonesians).
  • Land excursions, according to safari program.
  • Transfer from airport to the boat and back to the nearest airport only (according to cruise destination).


Exclusions:

  • National Park Fees :
  1. North Sulawesi : Bunaken 15 €, Lembeh fee 5 €, Tankoko mational Park 10 €, Underwater volcano (Sangihe cruise) 5 €
  2. Komodo: 40 €
  3. Raja Ampat: 100 €
  • These fees are subject to changes, new fees could be introduced
  • NITROX supplement (see price list)
  • Scuba diving courses (see price list)
  • Diving and snorkelling gear (see price list)
  • Beer, wine and spirits
  • Souvenirs, laundry, massage service on board, use of satellite phone
  • Crew gratuities
  • Internal flight to or from the departure airport.
  • Locally domestic airport-taxes and departure tax (max. 40.000 IDR for national flights and150.000 IDR for international flights) per person
  • Insurance for cancellation fee


Reservations and deposits
Deposit for individual bookings:

All reservations must be made by electronic mail and state the cruise date to which the reservation refers, the number of berths required, all passenger names and any special requirements. All prices published on the website are meant as cash prices, respectively when money is wired via bank transfer.

A deposit of 20% of the total price per person is to be sent to confirm booking (payment details in Clause 13) no later than 10 days after the date the receipt of the invoice. If this booking fee is not received within the stated period of time, then your reservation is nullified and we cannot guarantee you that your required berths will be available for your desired cruise.

Deposit for boat charters

  • A non refundable deposit of 10% of the total price is to be sent to confirm booking.
  • Another non refundable 20% deposit is due 90 days before the cruise departure

Payment of the balance
Payment of the balance for individual booking or boat charters must be made to Wallacea Dive Cruise 45 days before cruise departure.
If full payment of the balance is not received by this date then Wallacea Dive Cruise can cancel the booking and enforce cancellation policy as set out in Clause 5.

Short notice bookings
Full payment must be made to Wallacea Dive Cruise at the time of booking if the reservation is made less than 45 days prior to departure. Please refer to payment instructions in Clause 4.

Payment instructions.
1 Bank transfers

Payments can be made by transfer to our bank account Indonesia or in Europe. Account number will be provided in the corresponding invoice. Bank Transfer fees are to be paid by the client. Transfers should mention the cruise reference and passenger(s) full name(s).

Credit card payment
We can receive Credit cards payments through Paypal. A 2% fee, corresponding to Paypal fee, will apply. Please contact us for details if you wish to pay through paypal.

On board payments
On board payments have to be done in cash. Any currency is accepted.

Changes of reservations
General:

If an agent or individual guest wishes to cancel or change a reservation, in any way, it must be done by electronic mail to Wallacea Dive Cruise at the address below. E-Mail: Esta dirección electrónica esta protegida contra spambots. Es necesario activar Javascript para visualizarla

5.2 Amendment fees:
An administrative charge of 30 EUR will be charged if any changes are made to your booking 90 days or less prior to departure date. Changing of a cruise date will be treated as cancellation and new booking of a cruise. The date that Wallacea Dive Cruise receives the alterations to your booking by electronic mail or registered post will be the date used to determine whether a fee will be charged. On Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays, the next working day will count.

5.3 Cancellation fees:
If the reservation is cancelled 121 days or more prior to the departure date then a EUR 100,00 cancellation fee per person per booking will be deducted from the deposit and the remaining amount returned or credited against any future bookings.

The date that Wallacea Dive Cruise receives the alterations to the reservation by electronic mail will be the date used to determine whether a fee will be charged. On Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays, the next working day will count.

Cancellation fee policy for individual bookings:
The following cancellation fees are charged for cancellations within 120 days or less prior to departure:

  • More than 90 days, 100 € cancellation fee deducted from the deposit.
  • 90 to 46 days prior to departure, 20% of the cruise price cancellation fee applies.
  • 45 days or less prior to departure 100% of the cruise price.


Cancellation fee policy for boat charters:

  • More than 90 days, 10% of the cruise price cancellation fees applies
  • 90 to 46 days prior to departure, 30 % of the cruise price cancellation fee applies.
  • 45 days or less prior to departure 100% of the cruise price.


Travel cancellation insurance:
It is highly recommended that all customers purchase a travel cancellation insurance.

Substitute Passengers:
If for any reason a passenger cannot make a trip that has already been booked, then the reservation can be transferred to another person. The new passenger will be subject to the contract conditions of Wallacea Dive Cruise. Passenger substitution will be allowed up to 3 days, or less depending on the cruise, prior to the day of departure. Wallacea Dive Cruise takes no responsibility for changes to any bookings not made by Wallacea Dive Cruise on behalf of the passenger (i.e. air tickets, hotel reservation etc.). A fee will be charged pursuant to Clause 5.2.

Scuba diving insurance:
We highly recommend that every diver has medical evacuation insurance that covers diving activities

Changes to brochure description and/or website, changes to rates and transportation costs
Changes before conclusion of the contract:


Wallacea Dive Cruise reserves the right to make alterations and changes to brochure information, service descriptions and prices in the brochures and pricelists at any time before the time of booking. Should the necessity arise, Wallacea Dive Cruise will inform the agent or individual client prior to entering the contract. The date the contract is entered is the date that a booking fee is received by Wallacea Dive Cruise.

Changes to price after the contract has been entered:
In rare circumstances, it is possible that prices must be increased. The circumstances under which this may occur are as follows:

  1. Increases in transportation costs (including fuel costs) Increases in state taxes and duties (i.e. embarkation/disembarkation fees, sales taxes etc.) Currency fluctuations.
  2. Wallacea Dive Cruise reserves the right to raise the agreed price up to 45 days prior to departure.


Itinerary and service changes after booking and before departure:
Wallacea Dive Cruise reserves the right to change the itinerary and particular services if required due to unforeseen or unavoidable circumstances. Wallacea Dive Cruise will make every effort to offer equivalent alternatives of a comparable standard. Wallacea Dive Cruise will inform the agent or individual client of such changes at the earliest possible date and the effect they will have on price.

Trip cancellation by Wallacea Dive Cruise
Force Majeure and unpredictable acts of man:

Wallacea Dive Cruise reserves the right to cancel a trip for reasons of Force Majeure (i.e. natural disasters, epidemics etc.) or unavoidable acts of man (i.e. war, riots, strikes etc.). In the event of this happening, Biodiversity Explorations will advise you at the earliest possible date.

Trip cancellation by Wallacea Dive Cruise for other reasons:
Wallacea Dive Cruise reserves the right to cancel a trip for other reasons that are unavoidable and will inform the customer at the earliest possible date.

Changes to the itinerary and services
Wallacea Dive Cruise reserves the right, if necessary, to change an itinerary during a trip (i.e. due to weather conditions etc.).

Damages resulting from personal injury, illness or death

Damages resulting from illness, personal injuries or death which may be sustained by reason of, or while engaged on, any trip whether due to the ownership, maintenance, use, operation or control of any aircraft, helicopter, automobile, bicycle, boat, vehicle, hotel, common carrier or any other conveyance used in carrying out these trips. Biodiversity Explorations assumes no liability due to any cause whatsoever whether caused by failure or delay or other irregularity, acts or omissions occurring during a trip under which the means of transportation or other service provided thereby is offered or supplied by owners, operators or public carriers for and on behalf of Wallacea Dive Cruise. Wallacea Dive Cruise shall not be responsible for any injury to person (whether or not resulting in death) or damage to property arising out of any act of war, insurrection, revolt or other civil uprising or military action occurring in the countries of origin, destination or passage. In case of a medical problem arising during the voyage, either on board or on shore, which results in costs for evacuation, use of aircraft or repatriation, the responsibility for payment of these costs belongs solely to the passenger.

Loss or damage to personal belongings
Wallacea Dive Cruise does not take any responsibility for loss or damage to guests' personal belongings that are due to Force Majeure causes (refer to Clause 8.2).

Disabilities
By forwarding of deposit, the agent or individual guest certifies that the passenger does not have any mental, physical or other condition or disability that would create a hazard for him/herself or other passengers. Wallacea Dive Cruise reserve the right to cancel or withdraw any person as a member of the tour at any time.
