There are several places in Bali where you can practice water sports such as surfing, canoeing, jet skiing, parasailing and banana riding.
You can rent a jet ski at Water Sport Bali. Children who are not yet experienced in driving a jet ski can be accompanied by a guide. The guide then sits on the back of the jet ski so that children can learn jet skiing themselves. Jet skiing is possible from 8 years old. Water Sports Bali is located in Tanjung Benoa beach in Nusa Dua. In addition to jet skiing, you can also go parasailing, snorkeling, diving and on the banana or donut.

Another fun activity to do with children in Bali is visiting animals in one of the parks. Monkey forest is the place if you want to see monkeys walking around in the wild. Here you can also take a selfie with a monkey. Monkey forest is located in Ubud.
Bali Safari and Marine Park is the place to be if you want to spot animals such as tigers, elephants, orangutan and many birds by means of a safari car. It is a fun and educational experience for children.

You paddle trough forest, rice paddies, waterfalls and rice paddies so that is really cool. There are different levels of rafting difficulty from light to medium. It took 2 hours to finish the rafting course and it was an amazing experience.
There are several places where you can do an ATV ride with children. There are ATV tours that go through the jungle, others go over the beach or through the rice fields. An ATV tour is a very adventurous experience in Bali. You ride with your own all-terrain vehicle (ATV) off the beaten track. You follow a guide with your quad bike following a challenging track. You ride through rice fields, forest and a riverside with traditional Balinese villages. The ATV tour is suitable for all skill levels. There are different kinds of routes, there is a route in Ubud where you go through waterfalls and muddy tunnels, this is very adventurous and you will feel an adrenaline kick. There are also routes through the countryside for a calmer experience.
Another fun activity to do with slightly older children is karting at Karting Star Bali Club. The go-kart track is located in Jimbaran. The track is 400m long with a bridge. To go karting you have to be 120 cm+.

First of all Amed and Tulamben, here you can see a shipwreck where beautiful coral grows and many fish swim. Being sunk since the 1980s, the wreck has become home to abundant marine life of all colors, shapes and sizes. Mantis shrimp, anemone fish, puffer fish, and if you’re lucky you might also spot turtles and reef sharks. The site is also famous for garden eels.

On the Balinese islands of Nusa Penida and Lembongan you can do a snorkeling or diving tour where you look for manta rays. Here you can also find beautiful coral and various fish.
Another nice place for snorkeling is Lovina. Here you can see dolphins while snorkeling on the boat. They swim under and next to you.
