I hired the klotok tour with them to visit the orangutan fields in Borneo. 3 days / 2 nights. Incredible journey. I traveled with a friend. We took the tour to see orangutans in Borneo and I loved it. We did it in a Klotok with more travelers and the guide Isai who spoke Spanish and was also very fun. It was a great trip through the national park and a 100% recommended experience!!

I promised myself to write to you, because it was really a unique and unforgettable experience and this was certainly thanks to the whole team of our boat, Rambo 1. I would like to thank everyone, our guide , Andy Hartadi, Captain Safarudin the wonderful chef Ratna with his beautiful daughter and the always very kind and very nice Indra. All of them have helped to make this already fantastic experience truly unique.
We did the 3d2n orangutan tour in November, with the guide Opi. The experience was incredible, not only for the trip of being in a Klotok in the jungle and seeing orangutans but for the service. We learned a lot and had impressive meals (something difficult, given that you are in the middle of the jungle), on an environmentally aware trip and employing local people. I hope they continue to grow.

We work directly with local guides in respected areas. This is to make sure that you will get as much information and history of the places from the first hand: local guide with years of experience and good knowledge. This is also means if you contracted multi-hops trip, you will have different guide in different area/island.

If you have problem with the luggage upon arrival, or you cannot locate your guide/driver, or simply need a recommendation for good restaurant or where to buy some arts, you may contact our 24/7 contact numbers and/or our local contact in each place you are visiting.
We have the same condition for payment for all of our tours. A deposit of 30% is required to confirm your trip, while the balance payment need to be done 30 days before the trip starts. We will send you a reminder for the balance payment 7 days before the due date.
If your total invoice is 500 Euro or less, the payment shall be made in full at once.
Bear in mind that Live-aboard, resorts or special hotels might have different requirement and therefore might request different percentage for the deposit. Special case like this will be informed accordingly upon confirming the trip.
We organize your trip in Indonesia starts from your arrival at the airport up to drop you back at the airport to catch your International flight. If you contracted multi-hops trip that required domestic flights, these flights are also arranged by Come2Indonesia.
At the moment we do not organize International flights but do contact us to consult the best schedule to match your trip.
