Angel Island or Pulau Bidadari in Indonesian is a private island home to the resort of the same name. It is called so because of a particular tree which grow on the island, that is Bidara. The land is covered with trees and plants which created a sanctuary for birds as well as insects. The house reef is blessed with magnificent soft and hard corals enticing snorkelers or divers. It is not unusual for guests to spot marine life right from the beach such as sharks, sting rays or even dolphins for those who are very lucky.
Experience the stay at Angel Island through one of the 10 villas set in a beautiful gardens on a private island. With 3 white sandy beach and clear blue waters surrounding the island, guests often describe Angel Island as a hidden gem. The hand-crafted cottages nestle among gardens, giving an amazing sense of private nature.
Scheduled return transfer is provided by the resort. Daily boat trips to visit the Komodo Dragons are easily arranged in the resort.
Besides being known as the home for the Komodo dragons, the national park is also recognized as one of the top dive locations in the world. It is a UNESCO appointed world heritage with 3 main islands, Komodo, Rinca and Padar.
The underwater of the park houses a diversity of marine life. The beaches, blue lagoons teeming with fish and some of the most spectacular underwater landscapes attract divers from all over the world.
The underwater feature is as diverse as the marine life. Dive sites vary from gentle slopes to walls, pinnacles and caves. Mostly covered by hundreds of different species of hard and soft corals.

Our favourite time for travel in Indonesia is between April to October, although Indonesia is a great year-round destination, offering memorable experiences for all kinds of adventures. July to August are the peak summer months.
In West to Central part of the weather is delightfully warm and it’s a popular time for travellers to visit for holidays, whilst if you wish to travel from October to April, the Eastern part Indonesia, like Banda and Raja Ampat, would be the best option.
If you wish to have a relaxing journey in Indonesia with less crowds, the shoulder months of April to June and September to October are ideal and slightly more economic. If you must travel in ‘high season’ but want to avoid the crowd, worry not, there are numbered of unbeaten track in Indonesia ready to be explored.
Currently, local direct flights to Labuan Bajo (LBJ) are available from Jakarta airport (CGK) and Denpasar, Bali (DPS) where most international routes arrive and depart. From Jakarta, direct flights operate one time daily by Batik Air and Garuda Indonesia. While from Denpasar, there are more options in addition to these 2 airlines which are AirAsia, Wings Air and Nam Air.
