Originally from the island of Halmahera (Moluccas), Air Guraka is a traditional Indonesian drink. Guraka water uses nuts as one of the main ingredients. 1. Clean the ginger and crush.
2. Place ginger, palm sugar, granulated sugar and water into a casserole.
3. Cook until boiling.
4. Insert 1 stalk of crushed lemongrass. Simmer for a while.
5. Turn off the heat and pour into serving cups.
