• Step 1:
Prepare all ingredients, separate the eggs between the yolks and the whites. Mix the flour, milk powder, vanilla and salt and then strain to make the dough super soft.
• Step 2:
Mix egg yolk, powdered sugar, margarine and butter. Then whisk at low speed until well mixed, then increase the speed to a medium position until it is frothy, lift it back to a high position until the white mass is firm. Lower the speed step by step to the low position, add the flour strained, mix slowly, then turn off the blender, remove the dough with a spatula. Set aside.
• Step 3:
In a separate bowl, stir the egg white with a mixer until the egg white is thick. Introduce the egg white into the egg yolk mixture, stir with a spatula, then spreading evenly, divide the dough in half, with a composition of 1/4 of the dough for the brown dough, the rest for the white dough.
• Step 4:
Pour white dough into the pan and then add the brown dough on top, then add the mixed dough of brown and white dough. Do it until the white and chocolate dough run out. Bake in the oven at a temperature of 200-230 degrees for 40-50 minutes above and below the fire (depending on each oven), do not forget to preheat the oven.
• Step 5:
After cooking, remove from the oven, leave to cool and then remove from the pan.
